WaterDecor is a prominent water features, gardening, and landscaping solution provider. It also serves as major importer or sole distributor for top-known aquarium, fish, pump and water product brands like Eheim, Sera, Dennerle, and Teco.

With clients ranging from mall & condominium developers/contractors to the wealthies who want to create private garden or pond, WaterDecor has complete solutions from design to implementation.

    BRANDING CHALLENGE

WaterDecor’s positioning is actually for hi-class segment. Due to the expensive water-features products and short supplies of water & garden specialist architect, it is not surprising that WaterDecor solutions and products are affordable only by those in A+ and A class.

However, WaterDecor faced a problem as it had not yet perceived as a premium company. Even though they distribute many popular brands, they were weak in their own brand.
The lack of brand image building and communication, and wrong positioning were even clearly implied from the previous logo, corporate identity, and appearance.

Realising these, WaterDecor entrusted KogenMedia to rejuvenate their brand.
Only with strong and premium image can a brand by then be accepted by hi-class segment.

KogenMedia developed major brand changes, started from the basic, transformed WaterDecor logo to have a professional look, premium logo taste.
Through brand image redesigning process and adequate research, KogenMedia also established a communication strategy blueprint and guidelines, included a complete Corporate Identity Set and Graphic Standard Manual (GSM).

Now, WaterDecor not only emerges as a more professional-and-of-premium-value brand, but also has their image from a “water-product seller” successfully transfigured into distinctive “water-solution consultant”.
